We give you expert advice.

wood

Mango wood

Mango wood

Mango wood is one of the most durable woods. The wood is subject to natural movements that cause its colour to vary and create knots and other imperfections, making it unique. Light in colour, the wood may have orange-yellow or brown streaks.

Precautions

Do not place hot objects on wooden surfaces as this may leave an indelible mark.

Care

Easy to maintain, mango wood only requires regular dusting to preserve its surface.

Acacia wood

Acacia wood

Acacia is a very resistant wood (comparable to exotic woods) and is known for its longevity. Acacia has an irregular grain and a light colour. In sunlight, it changes colour and becomes darker.

Precautions

Do not place hot objects on acacia wood surfaces as this may leave an indelible mark. Use trivets.

Care

On a daily basis, clean your acacia furniture with a dry, soft cloth. If there is a stain, a little soap and water will be enough.

Cotton

Cotton

The cotton we use is OEKO-TEX certified. This way, we can guarantee that our fabrics are free of harmful substances. Cotton is a soft, pleasant-feeling and highly absorbent material, ideal for bath linen.

Precautions

Air and shake out your cotton textiles to limit dust accumulation.

Care

Cotton is very resistant, so you can wash it at 40° and even 60°C for very dirty fabrics. It is best to air-dry it. For bath towels, you can put them in the dryer from time to time to maintain their fleecy softness. Lastly, cotton should be ironed with a medium hot iron and on the reverse to avoid altering the colour.

Leather

Leather

Leather is a material that's been used by man since the dawn of time. Today we use it to add a warm decorative touch to our home interiors. Over time, leather naturally develops a patina and becomes more supple, making each product unique.

Precautions

To preserve leather and its colour, do not expose it to the sun. It is not advisable to apply polish to leather furniture and decorative objects, as this can cause cracking, or use abrasive objects for cleaning.

Care

To help leather age in the best possible way, it should be regularly nourished with a suitable cream and a soft cotton pad. Use circular motions over the entire surface and allow to dry, then wipe off any surplus with a soft cotton pad.

Polyester

Polyester

Polyester is a synthetic fabric often used for textiles and upholstery. It is a resistant, wrinkle-free and low-maintenance material.

Pre-washed linen

Pre-washed linen

Linen is an ultra trendy fabric with much charm and many advantages: its breathability, thermoregulation and anti-allergy properties.
Pre-washed linen is hard-wearing and easy to maintain.
Our range of pre-washed linen is labelled European Flax®, illustrating the special care we take in choosing the fibres we use.

Precautions

Pre-washed linen is very resistant, but needs to be looked after all the same.
Linen softens over time, with washing!

Care

We advise that you wash your bed linen as pre-washed linen at 40°C maximum. Your linen will be softer and less creased if you dry it outside rather than in a tumble drier. And it does not need to be ironed.
