Delivery and Returns
Shipping and delivery
When you place an order with Atmosphera, the cost of shipping is included in the total price of the order. The prices shown are in euros (EUR) and include all taxes and charges, including VAT applicable on the day of delivery.
The cost of the assigned or selected means of transport will be displayed before validation and payment of the order.
Atmosphera holds extensive stock of most products to ensure that you receive your order within 7/9 working days (excluding weekends) in Spain from the time of dispatch. This timeframe assumes that all products in your order are in stock, which you can check during the ordering process.
Once the order has been registered, the delivery agent will contact the customer to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will be made within 72 working hours of confirmation of the appointment, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, with a half-day intervention window.
Detailed legal provisions and further information can be found in our Shipping and Delivery Page.
