The system calculates shipping costs based on the delivery address and automatically adjusts them when products are added or quantities are changed. The cost of the assigned or selected means of transport will be displayed before validation and payment of the order.
Atmosphera holds extensive stock of most products to ensure that you receive your order within 7/9 working days (excluding weekends) in Spain from the time of dispatch. This timeframe assumes that all products in your order are in stock, which you can check during the ordering process.
Once the order has been registered, the delivery agent will contact the customer to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will be made within 72 working hours of confirmation of the appointment, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, with a half-day intervention window.

The reimbursement of your order will be made with the means of payment used when you placed your order upon receipt of the returned product in our warehouses.
