How should you unpack your Alma fragrance gift set?
When opening your parcel, take care not to push the blade in too deeply to avoid damaging the product. Carefully remove the protective and packaging materials without using sharp tools.
How should you care for your Alma fragrance gift set?
Rinse the container of your reed diffuser with soap and water before refilling it.
Fill the candle container with boiling water and leave it to stand for 45 minutes before removing the water and wax residue.
Place a scented tealight or an LED candle inside.

When you place an order with Atmosphera, the cost of shipping is included in the total price of the order. The system calculates shipping costs based on the delivery address and automatically adjusts them when products are added or quantities are changed. The prices shown are in euros (EUR) and include all taxes and charges, including VAT applicable on the day of delivery.
The cost of the assigned or selected means of transport will be displayed before validation and payment of the order.
Atmosphera holds extensive stock of most products to ensure that you receive your order within 7/9 working days (excluding weekends) in Spain from the time of dispatch. This timeframe assumes that all products in your order are in stock, which you can check during the ordering process.
Once the order has been registered, the delivery agent will contact the customer to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will be made within 72 working hours of confirmation of the appointment, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, with a half-day intervention window.

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, Atmosphera offers you a right of return of 30 days from the reception of your order.
To do so, we invite you to inform our customer service department of your wish to organize your return.

The reimbursement of your order will be made with the means of payment used when you placed your order upon receipt of the returned product in our warehouses.
The product must be returned in new condition, with all instructions and accessories with which it was delivered and in its original packaging. For more information, see our general conditions.
