Description

Warm and authentic, the Atmosphera "Alix" photo frame is ideal for showcasing a large 50 × 70 cm photo print. With its inviting look, it features a light wood moulded frame and a glass pane. You can mount it on a wall in your preferred orientation and create a personalised display by combining it with other photo frames from this collection, available in several sizes.
This photo frame can be hung vertically or horizontally using the integrated mounting points.
Wall fixings are not included and should be selected according to the type of wall.

Unpacking and assembly
Keep the packaging and instructions for a few days in case the item needs to be returned or disassembled.
Check your local recycling guidelines to dispose of the packaging correctly.

Care instructions
Clean the glass pane of your "Alix" photo frame with a damp wipe, then dry it with a soft cloth.

Delivery and Returns

Shipping and delivery
When you place an order with Atmosphera, the cost of shipping is included in the total price of the order. The system calculates shipping costs based on the delivery address and automatically adjusts them when products are added or quantities are changed. The prices shown are in euros (EUR) and include all taxes and charges, including VAT applicable on the day of delivery.
The cost of the assigned or selected means of transport will be displayed before validation and payment of the order.
Atmosphera holds extensive stock of most products to ensure that you receive your order within 7/9 working days (excluding weekends) in Spain from the time of dispatch. This timeframe assumes that all products in your order are in stock, which you can check during the ordering process.
Once the order has been registered, the delivery agent will contact the customer to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will be made within 72 working hours of confirmation of the appointment, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, with a half-day intervention window.

Returns
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, Atmosphera offers you a right of return of 30 days from the reception of your order.
To do so, we invite you to inform our customer service department of your wish to organize your return.
You can also contact our customer service by telephone 7 days a week from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm (GMT+1).
The reimbursement of your order will be made with the means of payment used when you placed your order upon receipt of the returned product in our warehouses.
