Description

Ideal for creating a welcoming, relaxing corner on a balcony or terrace, the Atmosphera "Yucatan" outdoor floor cushion is comfortably padded. Rectangular and tufted, this two-seater cushion has cotton handles that make it easy to move. Available in a range of summery colours, it can be coordinated with an outdoor rug and colourful metal furniture to create a harmonious, cosy space.

Unpacking and assembly
Remember to check that all access points (doors, staircases and lifts) are large enough for your parcel to pass through upon delivery.
When opening your parcel, take care not to push the blade in too deeply to avoid damaging the product.
Carefully remove the protective and packaging materials without using sharp tools.
Upon receipt, air the product in a well-ventilated room.
Keep the packaging and instructions for a few days in case the product needs to be returned or disassembled.
Check your local waste-sorting guidelines to recycle the packaging correctly.

Delivery and Returns

Shipping and delivery
When you place an order with Atmosphera, the cost of shipping is included in the total price of the order. The system calculates shipping costs based on the delivery address and automatically adjusts them when products are added or quantities are changed. The prices shown are in euros (EUR) and include all taxes and charges, including VAT applicable on the day of delivery.
The cost of the assigned or selected means of transport will be displayed before validation and payment of the order.
Atmosphera holds extensive stock of most products to ensure that you receive your order within 7/9 working days (excluding weekends) in Spain from the time of dispatch. This timeframe assumes that all products in your order are in stock, which you can check during the ordering process.
Once the order has been registered, the delivery agent will contact the customer to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will be made within 72 working hours of confirmation of the appointment, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, with a half-day intervention window.

Returns
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, Atmosphera offers you a right of return of 30 days from the reception of your order.
To do so, we invite you to inform our customer service department of your wish to organize your return.
You can also contact our customer service by telephone 7 days a week from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm (GMT+1).
The reimbursement of your order will be made with the means of payment used when you placed your order upon receipt of the returned product in our warehouses.
